The AgilePM® Foundation is the ideal entry-level qualification for those who wish to become Agile Project Managers. The Foundation is suitable for current or aspiring project professionals, but no prior experience in project management is necessary to undertake this qualification.

The AgilePM® Foundation covers the basics of Agile methodology and will enable you to deal with elements such as time, cost, and quality early in the project lifecycle. Upon completion of the Foundation, you will be able to support the delivery of Agile projects and will be eligible to study the AgilePM® Practitioner.

Learning Objectives

The AgilePM® Foundation qualification will cover a range of topics, including:

Agile project lifecycles and how each phase can add value
Dynamic System Development Method and its benefits
Products produced in an Agile project and their purposes
Roles and responsibilities within an Agile project team
Key Agile concepts and terms
Key Agile techniques and their benefits / limitations
The AgilePM® Foundation is assessed by a 50 question, multiple choice exam. The exam lasts 40 minutes and is taken online. The pass mark is 50%.
