A workshop to develop a 3-month marketing action plan that gets your business focused and consistent with relevant marketing activities every single month to drive inbound enquiries.  The 3-Month Action Plan brings together the right mix of marketing activities by month, week, and day. Making best use of free and low-cost marketing tools.  Suitable for: start-up businesses within their first 3 to 5 years. The plan is based on 4 years of working with start-up businesses and is aimed at overcoming challenges around time, costs and understanding marketing confidently.  Format: 1 to 1 and group workshop with no more than 6 attendees. Sessions are accessed online via zoom or Microsoft Teams with the plan being completed by the end of the session/s.

Learning Objectives

What does the client get? * Clarity on their business goals. * Know who their ideal customers are, where they are, what they need help with, and the solution provided by the client. * Their key marketing messages unique to their business to speak directly to their customers in their language. These messages will help them to standout and be known for what they do best, to draw more of the right customers towards them for profitable sales. * The most suitable mix of marketing activities for their business on and offline, including key content, social media channels and what they need to be talking about across their marketing activities. * The free and low-cost tools available to market their business such as Google Analytics, Google My Business, Canva, Mail Chimp, social media management, and SEO tools. * How they can continue to refine the marketing plan themselves.  SMART Outcomes Upon completion, the client will have a 3-month plan of marketing activity that can be continuously adapted to keep focused and consistent every month to help them grow their business faster.  The 3-month action plan aims to achieve the goals of the business whilst generating awareness, engagement, and enquiries/sales each month.  It helps make marketing simple, focused, and consistent every month.  The marketing plan is developed in line with what is unique about the business and the goals it wants to achieve. This places the business in a position of strength to move forward with confidence, always setting itself apart from the competition to the point where they are not competition.
