Skill Overview

Our Principles of Management course is designed to help you prepare for managerial roles, by introducing you to the key responsibilities that come with management. As part of the course, you’ll complete a series of units that relate directly to the skills, knowledge and behaviours expected for a management role. This includes learning about objective setting, allocating work and communicating effectively, as well as how to handle conflict and manage your own self development. The course is delivered over seven days in a virtual classroom, so you will need access to a laptop/computer with an internet connection to complete the course. On completion of the course, you’ll receive an industry-recognised Level 3 qualification in Principles of Management.

Learning Objectives

During the 7 day course, learners will complete the following units: Responsibilities as a Manager, Objective Setting & Communicating to Suport Teams and Managing Self Development.
