Skill Overview

This programme is designed for team leaders, supervisors and aspiring managers. They are likely to have operational and project responsibilities, or responsibility for managing a team to achieve a clearly defined outcome. Learners will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver operational plans, resolve problems and build relationships internally and externally.

Funding Option

Funding Eligibility

For apprentices aged 16-21 the training costs are fully funded by the government. For apprentices aged over 21, there is a 5% co-investment which would be paid by the employer. Alternatively, the training costs can be covered by utilising the Apprenticeship Levy Fund.
