If you are currently working in a role with managerial responsibilities, or you're looking to take your career to the next level with some additional management tasks, then this Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management can give you the skills you need for success!   On this Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification, you'll take a total of 13 credits from a range of units, giving you flexibility on the type of knowledge and understanding you'd like to focus on.   You could develop your skills in marketing for managers, or learn more about costs and budgets in an organisation. Or you might want to study health and safety in the workplace, or develop a deeper understanding of communication and motivation processes. The choice is yours.   Whichever route you choose, you'll be building a solid understanding of what it takes to be an effective manager, with the ability to lead staff and team members through all types of organisational change. You'll have an excellent all-round knowledge of the responsibilities of a first line manager, and be ready to take your place in any size of business.
