The APMG Change Management® Practitioner qualification will give you the ability to define and practice change management successfully within an organisation. You will be provided with practical tools, strategies and models to support effective change as well as insights into how to handle conflict and approaches to facilitate a collaborative approach. This qualification is aimed at current change managers or aspiring change managers. It also suitable for those currently working to support organisational change programmes such as Senior Responsible Owners, Transformation Managers, Business Change Managers or operation line managers. In order to complete the Change Management Practitioner, you must have completed the Foundation qualification.
