Are you looking to scale up your company's international sales? Then this workshop is for you!

The aim of this workshop is to create international growth initiatives which are going to transform and speed up your company's international sales growth.

In the course of this workshop, you will be working with your team members and creating growth experiments: experiments which will be ready to execute straight out of the workshop.

The only requirements are that you have a company with an established product or service and some traction in your home market. Plus you need to be a team of 3 persons.

Learning Objectives

Interactive workshop to transform the way your company approaches international growth. You will be participating as a team and you will come out of the workshop with a clear list of international growth experiments ready to go live. 

This workshop works best when you participate along with your senior leadership team. 3 participants per company are recommended.

This is how the day will go:

Start off with a deep-dive of your own company. What are the opportunities? What is holding you back?

Next, you will be working with your team and aligning on key priorities that your company needs to work on.

Finally, you will be creating growth experiments. These will be real live initiatives which you will be ready to execute straight after the workshop. 

Each of these initiatives should help push your company on the path of international sales growth.

This workshop will be facilitated by external consultants who have experience in running this sort of workshop.
