The saying goes that "you can't build a business, you build people and the people build the business." The biggest challenge for most businesses is to get the core team fully aligned with the Mission, Vision, Values, Culture and Goals of the business. This workshop takes the senior team in the business through a proven methodology that helps them to get 100% in sync and on the same page with one another. In addition, you cant build a great company on multiple operating systems - its essential to use one - one way of working which everyone can align behind and hold each other mutually accountable. This is how to build great teams who in turn build great businesses. 
This one-day workshop (which can be undertaken in two halves) will allow everyone in the team to participate and create a one-page Team Curve Plan that sets the agenda for the next 12 months and helps them to map and track their progress every month. 
The workshop includes a number of powerful leadership and team learning modules which have transformed the culture and performance of many teams.

Learning Objectives

The client will gain a powerful one page plan setting out a clear vision for their business future as well as tools, resources and learning to deliver it.  The workshop will support the team and serve to guide them in the delivery of their plan. Along with associated learning modules, the team will also have a robust framework to keep them on track, using The Curve.
