DELIVERED BOTH VIRTUALLY AND PHYSICALLY On successful completion of the SEATS training course, delegates will be awarded with a Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) certificate accredited by the CITB, which is valid for five years. For dedicated courses, an hour of training can be dedicated to reflect individual company requirements or sector-specific issues (please note that this material will not be included in the exam). Delegates should inform their trainer if they have any serious health issues, physical problems, special considerations or are taking any medication which may create difficulties in undertaking elements of this training course. For SEATS training held at your own location, please ensure that the classroom you make available has a 240v power supply and is a suitable size for the number of delegates attending. Please ensure that the practical area has been risk assessed, is free from harm and is suitable for training. Who Attends The Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) is designed for Site Supervisors and Site Managers. This course is the supervisor level equivalent of the Site Safety Supervising Training Scheme (SSSTS) training course.Pre-Requisites: The minimum entry equipment is a good understanding of spoken and written English The Aim This Site Environmental Awareness training course aims to enable Site Supervisors and Site Managers to: > Understand the environmental impacts of construction processes. > Understand the relevant legislation and how to regulate it. > Understand how to achieve compliance. > Understand best practice techniques to use on site.
