Skill Overview

Delivered by an Ofsted Good Training Provider and CIPS Centre of Excellence this program will enhance the apprentice's procurement skills and encourage ethical, future-focused innovation. The apprentice will improve competence in all procurement stages and apply factual, procedural, and theoretical knowledge.  Learners will handle well-defined, complex, non-routine tasks, understanding the need for relevant information and its effective interpretation. They will utilise their procurement knowledge and experience to demonstrate how to lead the procurement team while considering the wider supply chain and potential future risks and opportunities.

Mandated Qualification - L6 CIPS Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply

This L6 Apprenticeship is suitable for all sectors and industries. The apprentice will
be an individual who is working at management level in procurement and supply and is
looking to further develop their skills & knowledge to a more senior level.

All Apprentices undertake an End-Point Assessment that includes:
1) Professional Discussion underpinned by 18 piece portfolio of evidence
2) Presentation and Questioning Interview
3) Case Scenario (L6M4 Future Strategic Challenges for the Profession)

Apprenticeships are for everyone provided they are residing in England, 16 years of age or older, not undertaking another government funded training programme at start of programme, spend at least 50% of working hours in England over the duration of the apprenticeship.
