Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course for Palliative Care. In this course, we’ll go through everything you’ll need to know to be able to care for and assist individuals through palliative care. The first section will cover what palliative care is. Following that, we’ll look at reasons an individual may require palliative care. From there, the steps and processes that may be involved in performing palliative care will be touched on. After that, end-of-life care will be looked at. The fifth section will be on the steps and processes that may be involved in performing end-of-life care. Following on from there, we’ll look at actions you can take to help comfort an individual and relieve their symptoms in the final weeks of their life.
