This course is free if you are  over 19 years old and earning less than £23,104 annual gross salary. This qualification is designed for learners to learn about cybercrime. They will understand routine protective methods used to maintain cybersecurity including the principles of vulnerability and penetration testing and user access control.

Learning Objectives

•	Identify different forms of cybercrime and possible motives. 
•	Outline how cybercrime can affect individuals and organisations. 
•	Describe the tactics cybercriminals use to defraud people. 
•	Identify routine importance of cybersecurity testing. 
•	State the importance of cybersecurity testing.
•	Set up user access controls. 
•	Identify protections for and responsibilities of individuals and organisations as set out in
        key legislation. 
•	Describe ethical and unethical conduct in relation to cybersecurity.

This course is specifically developed for adults over 19 years of age and a Greater Manchester resident. If you are employed and are earning less than £23,104 then courses are fully funded. If you earn over this amount, then please contact us for the cost of the course.
