Who is the programme for? Women+ leading teams who are seeking to develop for senior leadership positions. Their responsibilities typically include operational plan creation and delivery, change management, mentoring, resourcing and financial accountability. With our open-to-all approach, our Women+ in Leadership programme has specifically been designed to empower women with the inclusion of transfeminine and non-binary people. We regularly undertake reviews with ED&I experts to stay relevant and improve the quality of our content. What is the programme structure? The programme’s delivered in 9 modules across 15 months. Each module consists of three components, based on our learning methodology: Ignite: Online activities that participants complete before the Masterclasses, helping to engage them in the topic. Approximately 3 hours per module. Immerse: Masterclasses where participants get the opportunity to bring what they learn to life with practical activities and interact with other learners. 9 x 1-Day Masterclasses. Impact: Activities completed after the masterclass to help participants reflect upon their learning. They are also designed to capture evidence of the knowledge that has been gained, and the skills and behaviours that have been embedded. This helps to build the portfolio of evidence that participants need for their End-Point Assessment. The time requirement varies depending on the complexity of the activities per module, but equates to roughly 4hours per month. Qualification Gained: Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship Clients can choose for participants to go on to complete a CMI Award in Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Level 5.
