This one day course is free for adults aged over 19 and earning less than £25,000 gross annual salary. This qualification is the minimum requirement if you want to work in the food industry. It is a very intense course which includes an exam at the end. The tutor will guide you through the training charter for the course to equip you with the knowledge required to undertake the multiple-choice exam at the end of the day.
