Our virtual bootcamp is the condensed version of our full Green Belt programme perfect for people who want to refresh their green belt knowledge, or for those who just need to have green belt awareness of tools and the essential elements, which allows delegates to understand and fully interpret the results. Presented by expert Black Belt practitioners with significant experience delivering Six Sigma projects in complex environments. This training is practically focussed and provides the understanding required to unlock sustainable results required to transform business performance for continuous improvement.

This course fully explains DMAIC methodology by exploring the wide range of Six Sigma problem-solving tools, and also includes the use of relevant lean tools to support the identification of critical factors for successful change management. Six Sigma is typically used on complex problems, so our course strives to help delegates simplify problems by helping them to understand the right questions to ask when problem-solving, and therefore increasing the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Ideal for managers and team leaders wishing to drive project teams empowered by data-driven decision-making at all levels within an organisation but without the cost and time of travel. Typically, delegates will have a key role within a Six Sigma project delivery team, primary interest in data, and experience within a manufacturing, business or operational environment.
