The fact is that organisations don’t just change because of new systems, processes or new organisation structures. They change because the people within the organisation adapt and change too.  

As someone needing to make changes within your organisation, the challenge is not only to get the systems, process and structures right, but also to help and support people through these individual transitions. 

This 1 Day Course demonstrates that change is rarely done “for changes sake” 
and looks at how change affects people and what can be done to overcome fear and resistance of what can be a positive event.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

•	Explore what drives change and explain the effects those drivers can have

•	Analyse the effects of change within the business

•	Utilise the Kurt Lewin’s Force Field Analysis Model to objectively analyse how forces affect the change process
