Skill Overview

The UCQ CMDA is a 3 year professional degree programme which will develop your operational and strategic business management capabilities, and critical thinking and analysis, within the context of your job role and employer's business environment.

The programme offers a work-based route to studying for a business management degree, integrates with your day job, and can be summarised in just four words - occupational competence and organisational performance.

Upon successful completion, you will have demonstrated your capabilities as a professional manager, competent in managing complexity and delivering impact at a strategic and/or operational level with management and leadership responsibility for setting and delivering organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, and will receive the following awards:

> BA (Hons) Professional Management degree
> CMI Level 5 Diploma In Management and Leadership
> Chartered Manager status (CMgr MCMI)
> Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship certificate of completion
